These terms govern your use of Talanta Kazi. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Using the marketplace
Talents and clients engage directly. Talanta Kazi facilitates discovery, bidding and connections, but is not a party to the work agreement between users.
3. Payments
Subscription and connection fees are processed by our payment partners. Fees are shown before you pay and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Conduct
Don't post unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or attempt to bypass platform fees. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Talanta Kazi is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from engagements between users.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
